Collection Representatives
A well established company in the business of credit card processing is seeking a Collections Representative to analyze and follow up on outstanding accounts and unpaid balances via mail and telephone.
This self-starter will be responsible for collection actions and delinquent accounts. This will be done by contacting customers, conducting research and maintaining reports in a timely manner. The qualified candidate will possess a High school/GED or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1-2 years of credit and/or collection related experience. PC skills, knowledge of credit and/or collection policies, account receivable practices and systems. Must possess good oral and written communication, able to work both independently as well as in a team and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Deployment Support Specialist
We have an immediate opening at our corporate headquarters for a deployment support specialist. This entry-level position will be assisting our shipping/deployment department mainly in packaging our products to our clients. Currently there is a Full-Time and Part-Time position available for the successful candidate.
This team player will be responsible for providing operational support such as, shipping & receiving, inventory control, basic data entry, light phone work, preparing packages for shipment and will communicate with all departments and external clients.
The qualified candidate will possess a High school education or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1 year of business experience. Associates degree preferred. A basic understanding of the deployment process which includes UPS shipping & receiving PC skills and the ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Junior Accountant
This entry level position would be perfect for recent college graduates who are looking to gain experience and grow within a rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining fixed asset sub ledger and preparing corresponding general ledger journal entries; performing account analysis and reconciliations; maintaining accurate and complete documentation of accounting transactions, particularly Accounts Payable vouchers and general journal entries; participating in month-end closing and reporting for the consolidated company; generating monthly billing and reporting of notes receivables; and assisting the Accounting Department as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess or be working towards a bachelor’s degree or Associates degree in accounting. Excellent communication skills, a desire to learn from experienced mentors, a solid proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (particularly excel) and a working knowledge of basic financial accounting concepts.

Quality Control Representatives
As a growing national credit card processing company, we are seeking someone who will want to grow along with us. A Quality Control Representative is mainly responsible for reviewing Merchant Application files by auditing for accuracy and ensuring that all required information has been received and completed.
Responsibilities would include but not limited to ensuring required information is received and reviewed for accuracy such as banking information, missing or low fee/rates, and ensure special requests are verified by interfacing with clients and comparing information between the internal systems.
Ideal candidate will possess at least a High School education and a minimum of 1-2 years of business experience, Associates degree preferred, good computer and oral/written communication skills, strong telephone customer service etiquette and a team player.

Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate must be bi-lingual (Spanish/English), answer a high volume of incoming phone calls, opening and posting incoming and outgoing mail, monitor inventory of office supplies, assist in the production and preparation of legal proposals, perform word processing functions, and filing.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Successful candidate must have one to two years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
• You must be able to excel in a fast paced environment and be a team player.
• Also, you must possess outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational/computer skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), excellent grammar, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Risk Analyst
A rapidly growing national acquirer and Credit Card Processor located in Oak Brook, Illinois is seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to monitor/contact merchant accounts, conduct research, and process documents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring merchant activity in order to prevent fraudulent activity, potential loss and charge backs; review and research transaction exceptions per approved account parameters on credit card processing activity as outlined in company guidelines and procedures while meeting required time frames; use internal systems to review and process merchant data for investigations; working ACH rejects to reduce potential loss; correspond with merchants, banks and consumers for transaction verification and to investigate possible risk issues.
Knowledge of credit card processing in the bankcard industry and experience with risk reviews, charge backs along with knowledge of Visa & MasterCard regulations is required. Must be able to work independently, have strong written/oral communication skills and working experience with MS Office (Word and Excel).
