For example, the Starbucks app is one of my favorite loyalty apps out there. It really does a great job bringing customers back. With the Starbucks app, you earn stars for every purchase you make. Customers can redeem these stars for a variety of items, the more stars, the better perks. They also have customized promotions, on my Starbucks apps they consistently give me deals on my favorite items. I like this because the Starbucks menu is huge, but I usually get the same one or two things. Since my app is personalized to me, I never have to worry about Starbucks running deals on items I never get. When you have a loyalty app through Clover you can accomplish the same thing.
